The Artillery – 931 East Pico Blvd. Los Angeles, CA is a string of warehouse buildings located in the warehouse district of downtown Los Angeles.

Scope of Work: 

ReGreen installed carbon monoxide sensors to control the garage exhaust fans in the subterranean parking.  By reducing the fan run times from 24/7 operations to the 3 hours per day that was necessary, a considerable savings was realized in energy and maintenance cost.

ReGreen also installed a complete building automation system and added variable frequency drives on the main cooling plant to provide:

•       More accurate drive control

•       Remote monitoring

•       Alarm notification

•       Reduced energy consumption.

Results:

•       37% reduction in energy costs

•       $524,500 saved over 10 years

• 5,137,850 lbs of CO2 emissions reduced
