Scope of Work and Customer Goals:

MAAC retained ReGreen Corp. to upgrade all water wasting, inefficient commodes, 3.5+ gallons per flush to new, highly efficient 1.28 gallon, dual-flush commodes. Customer goals were to:

• Measurably reduce water demand

• Submit rebate reservations from the City of Austin

• Identify quantifiable year-over-year annual water savings

• Lower maintenance costs by replacing old equipment

Results: 

ReGreen replaced all of the existing commodes on the property with the newest E.P.A. WaterSense labeled commodes throughout the property.

• 63,000,000 gallons of water saved
