Our Building Services Department provides a variety of building maintenance services, from changing a light bulb to major tenant improvements. We can service individual locations, multiple properties, or provide sub-contracting services to large companies that provide regional or national umbrella maintenance contracts.
Service contract routes are customized to fit customer needs on a weekly, monthly, or on-call basis, with 24/7 emergency services available. Services are available nationwide
Our scope of services includes:
- Maintenance + repair of new and existing electrical systems and electrical troubleshooting
- Lighting repair + maintenance including parking los lighting, lighting controls, tripped circuit breakers, panel upgrades
Full service HVAC-R unit installation, service, and calibration
All plumbing issues including replacement of low-flow toilets and water-savings fixtures
From simple projects like adding or removing a wall, freshening a space with new paint, or moving a workstation to larger scale renovation, remodel, or upgrade of multiple facility locations.
Document assembly, customer representative for permits application submission and pick-up, interface with municipal agencies
